[Japan only] Need a Concept Artist character + background

Hello,
I am looking for a Concept Artist living in JAPAN only.
English language is very important. (But you do not need a high level )
You have to be able to create :
- Very clean line and colored design.
- Character
- Background
- Colored style is welcome, we do not plan to work with realist design.
This is a Paid Freelance job and also full-time.
(It means you will stay home working for the main company).
You will work with another 3D artist living in Japan.
If you understand a little about 3D work this is plus and will help if you speak directly with the 3D artist.
