Hi everyone!
Just wanted to show you what I'm working on. The most interesting thing about it, that my diffuse texture is a mess (because it is painted from pictures), but looks much better in max realtime rendered.
Thx for your comments and crits!

Update: Now I can see the problems and will work on it. I made some censorship because of childish look, it wasn't my goal to share harmful images..... I will make corrections soon!
Update: I think my reference was bad so i decided to use a drawn female reference and paste the parts of the photo over it. Plus i choose another more generic female to better see the shapes and for now i forgot zbrush because I fully messed my previous mesh with it. Is this better start?

Kidding.
What age is she? She looks about 9-12 but the breasts say otherwise. The textures look good to me.
I think its the relatives size of the head and the big eyes.
Nice topology.
Im not sure id worry about blurring things out on this forum, most members are mature, and it makes it harder to critic your work with blurry parts. Unless of course it is a child and yea, blurry is good...
I don't see what you mean, it looks more like she is pretending to have wings, but I don't necessarily think the pose is impossible, maybe awkward.
Rework the head shade and the facial features. I think the eyes and mouth are a bit to large which results in a more child like face.
much better!
I'm trying to capture facial features, but for now I can't decide if it's the right path....
head, also, is a little squat vertically. And your reference is like a 6head.
looking good though man.
Spark
+1 on the head being much too big. The concavity between the clavicle and the trapezius/ base of neck looks really odd you would need to be pushing your shoulder up and flexing the trapezius to get such an indentation. also the gradient between her nostrils and upper lip should be smoother. I would also look at smoothing out/shaping the corner of the mouth a bit better they are very pinched.
Shoulders are too wide/seated unnaturally -- looks like you hit the end of the collarbone/chest and then tacked shoulders on the edge of that -- anatomy reference, take a look how the shoulder is supposed to seat into the torso. For that pose the shoulder should be downward, and inward, considerably.
Things that stick out.
.1 Head is too big. measure your head with the shoulders, usually the head shuld fit three times within the shoulders. face is too wide also, and the ears are low.
.2 collar bones and shoulders seem broken with the arms getting a bit too short. and thighs are long as well.
.3 the breasts are too perky making em look unnatural (or like they can poke an eye out) her neck looks like it belongs to a man.
take a look at some anatomy references like SupRore said.
Biggest problem area right now is the face though. It's difficult to say exactly what's bothering me about it but something seems off in a big way. I'm getting a very cavewoman/neanderthal vibe from the front view especially. It might be due to the model shading to black which is unnatural and would make any face look funky, i dunno. I don't think using a ref where the chick is pulling a dumb face is helping your chances, maybe go for something more neutral and do some morph targets to give her personality later?
