Your textures are coming out pretty flat. Perhaps it's just the presentation that is giving me that impression. But it's otherwise not a bad start. You could probably get some AO in there. there is no shadow definition and you are losing alot of detail because of it.
This suffers the exact same issues as all your other models you have shown here, so rather than bring up the same points you continue to ignore, I'll just advise you to read those other threads and LEARN from mistakes.

And you're totally missing the point of poly distribution. This could probably look twice as good with half the polies. What's the triangle count?
