TF2 - Polypack - Stumpy

I'm still waiting to get my hands on TF2 for the first time (I'm on a mac) but until then here is my Mafia themed Heavy! My ideas are a Tommy gun themed primary, brass knuckles, and of course a Mafia hat.

I've got most of the hat finished, but I need help from you veterans. How should I package it all up? I have two 256 x 256 texture sheets baked with AO but should I just provide the colour texture? Also should I hand in 3 files in total, the model, texture for blu and red or try to bundle them up in a .obj file. (I'm using Blender by the way)

Anyway thats a lot of words, the hat render itself has a lot of weird glitches that don't appear on the texture, so I'm confused why thats happening. Go ahead and critique the hell out of this!
