TF2 - Polypack - Hoizen

Hey hey! Hoizen has arrived!

I bring to you my entry to this competition!



Heres my idea; A "Dragon Slayer" Theme for the Pyro with dragon skeleton weaponry.


1. Primary weapon(Flame Thrower): A Dragon skeleton modified to house a propane tank, tubing, trigger, the works.

2. Secondary(Flare Gun): A dragon's spine coiled down the arm leading to a dragon skull that will be held by the left hand(which will house the flare itself) along with a grip for the right hand attached to the coiled spine.

3. Hat(Some hat) : A knight/Medieval Dragon Slayer metal helmet(Possible Plumage).

Sounds cool, but not like something that would fit in the TF2 universe.
It's science fiction, and an element of science fiction that is more prone to exist in 1500 rather than 1960.

well the demoman has a sword that is possessed and demands heads from the mideval times, as well as a shield. Is there anyone that can legitimately confirm that this does not match in the tf2 universe?

Make sure that when you make your dragon bones, you don't put too much detail into them. As Simski said, it has to fit into the Tf2 universe, and therefore has to be kind of cartoony, but not too much. Anyways, I like the idea and wish you the best of luck.

I like the ideas, actually, now that I see some work. the skeleton would be made of metal in the shape of a dragon? Or are you implying the actual existence of dragons in TF2?

Dragons nonsense, there havent been dragons in these parts in a thousand years!

This is looking great so far! Like the theme, like how the Flamethrower is coming out, liking the hat idea. The Flare gun bit I'm not so sure about, but perhaps you might be able to make it a crossbow with flaming bolts, the reload animation might not even need to be changed by the looks of it, but don't take my word on it; I'm no expert on anythin'.

I think the dragon skeleton should be mad of the bones of other animals, maybe looking like he stole them from a museum, stuck together with pins, bolts, tape- anything that works
