So im entering this contest,with zero skill (maybe i know something.maybe.Im yet to meet man who can help me.)
My Goal is the sniper, whereas i have figured out the primary replacement.
I had the concept of a Railgun in my minds quite some time.I have been constanly thinking about it,and some of the ideas was the Railgun being open for the scout as a mini-version (Mini-me!),with the scout being forced to deploy the gun(with the bipod) due to extreme recoil.(why the scout?He is a SCOUT...) but that wouldn`t work out,and render the sniper`s role kinda useless.so instead the sniper gets this Railgun all of himself.
The weapon im basing this on is the Railgun from Metal Gear Solid,as seen here:

For those of you who follow me: the gun retracts from the middle,out of the gun barrel seen there,and then extends to its full length. At least that`s what i think i remember. Anyway,
The sniper`s primary Sniper Rifle gets replaced by a more semi firing Railgun,which i`ve thought to be a close comparison,if not firing faster. More info later.
Overall: I have barely started,the class has been chosen,the idea is formed,the weapon model is being thinked out and the texture is yet to be made,and even more important, being found to be implemented into Team Fortress 2`s timeline.
Stats and Specials thought for the Railgun
+ 40& firing rate
+ 20-40& more damage
+ Acog style scope(still zoomed in,but shorter distance)
- Must be allowed to "rest" before firing,otherwise damage and accuracy degradement.
- Loud noice,might make the sniper easier to locate
- Sniper is unable to switch weapons for 2 seconds,cant move as fast in that period,and turning takes longer.
So that`s my pet project,one`d i very saddened to not being able to finish.If it does not make it,i`ll just remake it as a skin for the original Rifle.

So,i have just drawn a rough sketch of the "railing Pain" which i have named it,err it`s been made in Paint and it`s not close to what im thinking about,but it`l serve as a way for you to understand what im going for:

Now,im gonna need you guys` help.What scope do you think`l fit most,and should the Gun have a grip, or no grip? Please reply and give me your opinion :P
As for the other items, Im still plannin on the other two items, A melee weapon as a must, so it will either be "The Railing Pain",a secondary gun, a melee weapon, or "The Railing Pain",Melee weapon,and hat.
Ps: I have decided,with talking with a friend,that the Slugs the weapon fires will require charge up,whereas every shot will momentarily(up to 2 secs) make the sniper unable to switch weapons.I have also decided to remove the whole ammo idea,now requiring charge up by every shot.
9th June
I am today downloading the necessary tools to make this weapon come true.Hopes up for it becoming complete before the 12th june update (Engineer update hopefully),whereas i have decided to just stick with a loadout change,instead of a hat. Im still thinking about what to replace,Jarate or SMG. The Melee weapon slot is an interesting one.Hope`s up for modeling after a MGS style weapon
11th June:Urggh just haven`t had the feeling of doing anything at all,just gaming crazy and getting hopes up for visiting an aunt,in order to use her mac and get the ear plugs

Ps:I have gotten an idea for a new secondary replacement! not sure about names as of yet,but the object`l probably be a reskin of the current Jarate. The concept is that of neutralising Jarate inflicted on friendly players,with mud or something similar. Plus,non-jarated players will get a defense bonus,for slightly shorter time than the jarate,while this item recharges slightly faster. However,if you "mud" an enemy,they will get an defense bonus as well,but their damage dealt is lowered! i love myself at times!

18th June: Oh dear oh dear,i gotta finish this model TODAY! im going to Rome next week and,even if i got an laptop with me,i still have to finish the whole thing.I won`t get the luxury of 3DS max then,but i might be able to retex the weapons and alike.
Also found a fitting backstory:
A little while ago,a certain person named Grant Goodeve approached the Spytech corp`s HQ,bringing with him a world of hurts and a briefcase with schematics.These schematics,when assembled,would make a deadly Railgun,a rather odd manual for the creation of [name yet to come], and an upgrade of the sniper`s default kukri.He disappeared the day the first Railing Pain was assembled,leaving mystery and some cool weapons at Spytech`s HQ.Mann.Co is not affiliated with this project whatsoever,and anyone who get`s these special items,must keep them secret from any Mann.Co discernable or user,and stay at least 100 miles away from Saxton Hale at any times wearing the items.

Man,i just saw that i need photoshop,and it refuses to download on my pc(free trial).i don`t know anyone really with photoshop,and if so,they`d still have to download a shitload of items.man,i might just submit the model without textures itself,even though i know it`l be a lazy thing to do!So sorry Valve,but that`s how it might turn out...

Railing Pain Model will be submitted for Valve to add texture.hopefully add it.
The other two items are only retex`s,and i cannot add ideas without textures.
