My only suggestion would be that the steps with the chips in them look a little tall compared to the figure. As if you would have to step up higher than a normal step to clime those. Maybe you could divide the steps in half in order to make more of them?
And now that I look at it a bit more, the stairs might have the same problem.
Great progress, but hard to tell what it really looks like with just the default shading. Put some lights in there and show us some screencaps/renders, it'd look rad!
Solid start, it's always a good workflow to blockout first. If i were you I would take this blockout into the UDK and present a similair render with realtime lighting and ambient occlusion, which the UDK offers.
