Although I am not new to the site I don't post here as often as I would like . For the last couple weeks I have gotten the bug to re- do my website and wanted gets some more eyes on my work ,So i thought what better place then here to post so here it is !

Let Me know what ya think, Ive change or re-organized just about everything on the site including my resume . I look to post a lot more on this site , thanks again

Why do you have to portfolio links? One leads to nowhere.

Settle down, Beavis - it's not Flash. He's using a portfolio prefab for his work. Looking at their site, they seem to hate Flash as much as you do. http://www.foliosnap.com/whynotflash.php

Charlie, I don't think that site builder is doing anything to help you show your work. It's not loading fast, and it's not giving me thumbs right away so I can skim through content quickly. The color scheme isn't doing your resume any favors, it's also hard to absorb quickly. The .pdf version is much better, IMO.

Nice work you've got. You should use bigger shots if you have them, hate to see good stuff shrunk into those 800x600 boxes.

Too slow, I have no patience of waiting your pics to load. The best to not have any javas or any flash on your website. HTML is still da shit, so why not use it. A company have only 10-20 sec to watch each portfolio people sending in. Forget the design or any flashy style if you aint going to search as graphic designer, just keep it simple and clearly and easy to navigate.
