Hey guys, I'm trying to render out a multipass EXR. When I include the Velocity pass it crashes.
I'm using Toolbox 2 and I'm not too sure but I think it might have something to do with the particle skinner (As I said before I'm not a Max person, but by hell I'm leaning at the deep end, so I'll try and explain this to the best of my knowledge!!).
Basically I'm crashing a spaceship into a planet and so it will break up into smaller pieces.
I have a "dummy hull" made up of fragmented pieces that are the particles.
I also have a "Beauty Mesh" with the particle skinner modifier from Toolbox 2.
I only want to render out the beauty mesh and this is affected by the particles and thus changed the number of faces and vertices as it crashes and this is where I think the VRay_Velocity pass has trouble keeping up.
Does anyone have any experience with this or know of any workarounds?
