Hey everyone, I am a first year uni student and this is my first attempt at the zbrush sculpting of a hard surface model.
Shaded Wire
This was my first beauty shot but I was told there was too much purple in one spot and nothing "popped"
This is my current beauty shot with changed colors and slightly better glows
Any tips or crits on how i can improve this final shot is greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Brew

personally i would get rid of most of the paint, maybe keep the yellow areas but change it to a nice orange and work more on differect types of metal, like chrome details, steel armour and copper electronic bits...maybe
give the background a bit of gradient
if you wanna keep the purple colour desaturate the diffuse by about 70 percent and let the spec do a bit more did a quick PS test and it looks far better
I will also change the tail to a less static postition.
And probably you can make the head longer and thinner, currently it reminds me of Ninja Turtle's enemy.
