Output is the final composited specular pass. just like what you usually get from a vanilla max specular element
Raw and Level: using Specular as an example
Raw Specular. the un modulated/masked specular data. if you have spec maps they are ignored in this pass. you simple get the unmasked full level specular for the whole render
Level Specular: this pass contains the levels of specularity and is multiplied over the Raw pass.
so basically Raw*Levels = Output
the second 2 are there to give more control.
