cubemap woes

So it appears to me in my level here, that brushes are reflecting a cubemap in a certain direction... yet the static meshes appear to be reflecting in a different direction. All the same texture cube, but it looks like the cubemap is connected to the static mesh's local rotation. Any way to have EVERYTHING reflecting the same direction? Is that a material issue?
