I plan on making a pack which replaces the scouts scattergun, pistol and bat. If I have more time I might make more.
I have already started making the sten with custom animations.

I won't say much but It's not done yet
And for the sten I might just make a pistol since a world model wouldn't work. But if you're wondering here's some of the wip stuff i got. Thought i could just post the final.
And I plan on moddelling a ruger mk1 for the scouts pistol. I might just use the orginal animations.
Completed the model.
Put it on FPS banana at least, i'm sure there's a few people who would enjoy it.

also, add more detail? looks like shotgun to me.

the first gun's reload animation looks abit weird, just tiny change to scout's hand will be better)
What about them, you're allowed to submit your own.
EDIT: Plus i don't think DanielAwesomo has intentions to make dual pistols at all.
Maybe he's gained some since the suggestion has brought up, but the ruger doesn't look right for dual weilding
Like heavy's fists are not actually two fists
He makes it dual pistols, he's doubled his polygon count straight off

I only have one problem, from the side of the gun without the bullets it looks too similar to the regular shotgun. (for the pyro, soldier, heavy, and Engi) Valve likes all the weapons to be noticeably different (even though the scout cant have the reg. Shotgun, newcomers would be confused)
I can't think of anything to make it different, but I'm just bringing it to the table. Again, great work.
