TF2 - Polypack - TheEngiBrother
My entry is an engineer building that replaces the sentry turret. It is named the "Torch Drone". Its main weapon is a flamethrower (explaining the name "Torch Drone") as well as a cannon that fires ignited napalm globs (at level 3 only). It uses a heat sensor to find enemies (and therefore can detect invisible spies, but cannot detect disguised spies). However, since it is a flame-throwing unit, it specializes in close range.
It is divided into sections; two side panels, a tank in the center, the base and the legs. It starts as just the two panels, then the legs pop out and split, followed by the base popping out. The barrel for the flamethrower extends from the front of the drone, and the flame source base rises out of the tank and extends towards the end of the barrel, completing the assembly.
The upgrade to level 2 starts with the 2 panels on the body sliding outwards horizontally, perpendicular to the barrel, revealing two holes to the left and right of the barrel. Two "arms" extend out of these holes and meet at the the end of the barrel, combining two semicircle pieces to form a new ignition source that now features direct feeds (aka the arms) with a mixture of Kerosene, Butane and Methane (What could be worse than setting opponents on fire with a flame that smells like a certain human gaseous output?). The old ignition source retracts back into it's base and the the tank that it sits on rises up a small amount. The hinges on the base that the legs connect to then detach by means of pivoting limbs and extend outward and form 110 degree angles.
The final upgrade (to level 3) starts with the legs adjusting slightly to form 90 degree angles, making the drone stand fully upright. Next, the panels extend from the main body on pivoting joints, followed by a box hidden behind each panel extending out and a cannon extending from each box. These are the cannons that fire the flaming napalm projectiles. The tank at the center of the body extends once more to reveal a small port, through which a thin arm extends out of to connect to the "ring" made by the previous upgrade. This arm also acts as a napalm feed to increase the potency of of the flame. The napalm on this upgrade increases the amount of time that enemies are lit on fire. The ring extends outward to reveal more detail and provide a second cylinder attachement to the barrel.

I think you could make the 'feet' cover a bit more surface area to make it look more sturdy. Maybe make the metal on them look a little heavier too. Have you thought about a source for the fire? some propane tanks hanging on the side of it might look cool
