OK, well..I am brand new to the 3DS Max world but I think I can still make these items.. OK first item is:


Handy-Dundy Knife




and second item is:

Ceremonial Hat




I do not know if I will be able to make these before the deadline,but I will still try my best to do so. If anyone can post/pm me some sites that might help me get a jump-start on modeling thru Max, that would be great thanks!

Since, you guys hate my 5-min concepts, Ill give ya some better looking concepts! lol
I am also up for any type of critique, the more the merrier!

Instead of the brown/yellow scheme you have in there, maybe try putting in some of the team colors? The main palette they use in TF2 can be found here: http://www.teamfortress.com/contribute/images/tips_palette.gif

Can you explain the palette? I am not understanding what it is showing.

It's basically the colors and tones they use for each team's character's textures. Obviously it deviates from this somewhat, but it's a good starting point on making sure that your items fit in with the existing world.
