Hello, working on some ideas for the spy right now, I have a good idea what I want the weapon stats to be, starting to work on what they should look like.
All these items would be for the spy, and try to fit an aspect of adding more agility to the spy to compliment his stealth.
My first idea is a knife for the spy, that I think might look something like this
Stat ideas so far:
On hit gain 20% of total cloak
On backstab gain 50% total cloak
Each swing loses 10% total cloak
50% faster swing speed
-50% damage (except backstabs)
What this does is, each miss makes you lose 10% of your total cloak, but a hit overall gives you 10% and a backstab gives you 40% (May need to raise or loser amounts, not sure if 10% of cloak is really substantial at all)
Also, if you do the math and the swing speed increase and damage lowering, it gives 75% of normal damage per second.
I guess after this Valve can make whatever stat changes they want to it, but I like giving suggested stats
My second idea is a "cloak watch" for the spy that might look something like this
(Yes, this is basicly a silver dead ringer)
On cloak gain 10% speed
Total cloak reduced 75%
Stats pretty self explanatory, I like these stats as it can go well with the knife.
I plan on all my items having a more silver/shiny look to go well with each other.
My third idea is a gun, maybe something like this
I plan on having it to be much more sleek, and a smaller barrel than the ambassador so you don't get the two confused, and have more of the normal revolver look except silver.
Not quite sure on some planned stats for this one, maybe more bullet speed + more bullets in each chamber but less damage (cliche I know)
I am going to start working on the modeling soon, probably will get a lot more work done once school ends. I would love some feedback to the weapon theme/stats, thanks for reading!
