I made a thread in general that kinda talked about my situation, but this Tuesday at 3pm I have a "meeting" with the creative director about internships, he saw my portfolio and told me to call and talked about my work, his company and what else he'd like to see, basically characters, textures, and animation.
http://zacdonald.com is my website for those who haven't checked it out yet.
So here's the piece I'm working on for the "texture" big, first pass on the textures, there's some places left on the UV to break up the patterns and symmetry, and I'm going to use 1 more sheet for decals and stuff. Gotta grime up the window trim.
The only character pieces I have are these, I dunno what I should do. They are all older.
And for animation, I think I'm screwed :P
Also, I'm working on my resume, and I dunno how to word this sculpture I recently finished for a local arboretum, if anyone has any ideas or can help, just check out the last post

(in the end, you'll have the portfolio you have. Don't stress out about it. Even if you work super hard for the next few days till your interview, you're still gonna be the same guy. So relax and just see how things go.)
as for chartacters... maybe try to re-paint the head of that fat man
but personally i would go for the anim
but aesir was right were your shortest skirt
Are they specifically looking for character animation or any animation in general? Shep's idea is good for a general animation, otherwise I'd say just do a walk cycle for a character.
hahahah!! lol
