3ds Studio Noob Question - UI Issues

Hello, new to polycount, and loving it very much! I have a problem I know is probably very simple, but I can't figure out what I did. The selection panel no longer has its usual buttons like Ring and Loop, but has a bunch of other options I don't need right now. I know this is probably just like the frequent noob problem of accidentally toggling the Gizmo off by pressing X, and I ahve looked around for ways to reset it, but I can't figure it out.

Right click and select other panels, you might have deleted them. Or maybe you accidentally choose edit mesh?

Yeah, thats an edit mesh window. Right click on your object and "convert to edit poly"
