Your models are pretty good, but your textures bring everything down a significant notch
on the T34 for instance you specular values seem way to high and glossy
Adding and AO map into your diffuse might help a bit. Also, whenever I am doing a color map, I consider my model and where the color (paint) is going to be abused by its environment and correct it accordingly (i.e. the treads on your T34 are going to have gone through mud and muck and such, so they are not going to have a glossy sheen) I would try to find some examples of good specular maps and try to emulate their results http://www.gameartisans.org/dominancewar/3/index.php
