This first render was made in Marmoset but the Normals Map does not look that good
And this one was ScreenShot in Max. cause i dont know how to render textured Models in Max anyone know how? please let me know thanks

Again, good to see your working!
On other scratches, it seems like you just overlayed a scratch texture over your map... but the locations dont make much sense. Still not seeing an AO or cavity pass... or grime in the creases, etc...
Its getting better, but I think could still use some refinement.
Nice model btw, try adding a specular map to the render, it will make it look much better
some good tips, some bickering but for the most part some really good ideas.
Grime in the creases just means in the little inside corners of your model is a good place where dirt and grime would collect. adding that in your diffuse and spec would go a long way.
