First Real Character Attempt (Goblin Warrior)

Hey guys whats up. I've decided to give up on my previous project after I got a new computer due to a virus. Now I'm going to start a new project. A next-gen character made with Dominance War 4 rules. The character is going to be a grisly goblin warrior. One that has seen much war in his day. Right now I have a concept, I just don't have a pic yet. I'll post it as soon as I scan it. But right now I'm going to tell you guys the workflow I want to do.

Concepting
Base Mesh Modeling
Sculpting the Base Mesh
Retopo the base mesh
UV Map the final mesh
Make all of the Maps
Rig and Pose character

I'm going to be doing all of this in only Blender 3d 2.5 and photoshop cs2. Any C&C on the character idea, workflow and such is always welcome :)
