Hey peeps,
we're just about to launch our new tabletop miniatures game "Warheads". The site is up and running, and the first batch of minis are finally in production after a lot of frustrations. They were all made in Zbrush/Silo, and are being prototyped on a very high res printer.
Anyhoo, enjoy :

but I see these dont cost a lot more than 25 pounds for each set.
and it looks like a smaller, simpler story for me and the misses.
I think I might buy into these,
good job on the sculpts btw
No, it's just part of the rapid prototyping process. The minis will be cast normally in a rubber mold. There will be a few little bits left over from the casting process, but nothing as drastic as you see in the pics.
Just another update. We've just released issue 2 of Warheads : Medieval Tales. I forgot to mention, the fully illustrated rulebooks/magazines are available as a free download to anyone who registers on the site www.warheadsthegame.com, with a hard copy available for sale in A5 magazine format for those who still like a physical copy.
Here's a timelapse sculpting session of one of the bad guys (Squire Scrote) from issue 2.
