IC.Shape problem

I don't know much about scripting and I'm getting this error when trying to run IC.Shape in 3dsmax 9.

I'm gonna submit a bug report but I think it might be a max problem and not a script problem...

Can anyone give me some info?

Hi, I cannot tell what's causing this issue, the code is legal and I don't get the error on 3ds Max 9 x64. The only things I can suggest is to make sure you got the latest updates for 3ds Max, and you're running the application as administrator. Please let me know if you can solve the issue. Thanks.
