Run/Jump Animation

Hey guys.
I hope you don't mind me throwing some animations up here. The seemingly modeler-centric posts are a bit intimidating :)
It's been forever since I've done some personal work. Been starring at this for a few hours now and figured I'd get some
input from other people.

EDIT: See, already forgot to mention it was a Run/Climb animation. D'oh.

-grab the top ledge immediately, don't bother with the loose brick
-push out(away from the wall) and slightly up with the legs and pull in with the arms to generate a rotating motion
-this helps you swing up your body to the point where you can stretch your arms
-then just a small pop to get your legs over the ledge.

    Here's a good example.

The run and pull up look a little "loose", see if you can make the running look a little heavier, as well as the pull up.
Ref for a bit of everything:

I think it's nice, here's what I think needs changing:

The position of the right foot/leg on top of the wall feels wrong to me, I think the foots sole should be flat to the floor, not on its side.

Right now, if you watch the animation and try to watch the rhythm of the action, its all strait ahead until the grab, and then it stops. Your animation would go from 'this is a pretty solid set of body mechanics' to, 'this is fucking cool' if you just varied the tempo. To be really clear, I would say you should build anticipation as his foot lands on the first box, then BURST up the wall to the ledge, overshooting a little, then he grabs, falls down a bit, little bit of bounce, then clamber.

If you get that rhythm in your animation will instantly become cool and interesting to watch.

To further emphasize my point, here's an animation of mine with similar movements (wall run, climbing over a ledge etc).
