Hotkey for Viewport + Zoom Extents?

Anyone know a script so I can select a viewport and zoom extents at the same time with a hotkey? ie. Switch to front view and zoom extents = Shift+F.

This is very easy to do with the Macro Recorder.

As Eric mentioned, this is pretty quick if you turn on macro recording and do it. I made one months back for my perspective viewport:

macroScript PerspectiveSelectObject
category:"myOwnScripts"
(
actionMan.executeAction 0 "40182"
actionMan.executeAction 0 "311"
)

No matter where I'm at, it will change to perspective and zoom extents on the currently selected mesh.
