Seems like the "metal" texture on the blade is a little OTT. Make it a bit cleaner, keep the colours quite similar without that sharp contrast from dark to light.
Pretty decent modeling. I think the texture needs work. It seems like the blade is made out of granite or concrete. I think its the imperfections and pits in the blade. Blades are normally highly polished surfaces without a lot of noise.
This might help ya out a little bit.
Block in your colors, squinting helps.
Define your edges and blur/smudge things together.
Add some rusty colors (not a noisy rust overlay)
Work in some highlights along nicks and scratches, most of your damage will be on the edges.
Then get cracking on the most important part of all when doing metal, the spec map.
