I am confused with FBIK, need your help,please```

Hello, everyone!
I am just get a touch with FBIK in maya, and I add full body IK to a skeleton for the first time. Then I moved the right hand effector down. But the other body parts does not react to the movement of the righthand effector. But sometimes ago I had seen the other body parts does move appropriately in motion builder in a friend's home. In the maya help it said maya's FBIK and motion builder all use the same humanIK sovler. I want to know how to make the other body parts react to the movement of the righthand effector appropriately. I am really appreciate for your help. Thank you very much!
