Looks like it says "Sometimes two he..." probably ends with "...ads are better than one", which would suggest that Farrely brothers movie about the conjoined twins. I think "Stuck on you" was the name.
With Joe Pantoliano's name and the muscle dude this has to be Ready to Rumble. I remember Joe looking really small standing inbetween Goldberg and DDP, can't remember anyone else though, or what the tagline is.
