Hey all.
I'm a student at Staffordshire University in the UK, and I'm starting this thread off to display a little project I'm working on, for which any feedback would be very welcome indeed.
It's essentially a mechanical modeling piece, for which my concept has been taken from a random site I found with some interesting artwork.
The aim is to create this as a vehicle for an import into Unreal Tournament 3. Feedback and advice on the best way you see to go about the latter stage would be the most useful, as I'm a bit new to the UT3 editor.
Anyhow, here are my progress shots for now (concept is not mine);

So the above is the concept image I found. Since I'm hoping to make a flying vehicle based on this, I left out the turbines and the very last tail section, since the concept is billed as an aquatic vehicle. Decided to try setting it up as a VTOL style craft with jets within the wings.
