APC Vehicle

Hey Guys I need some advice, I am starting to model this APC vehicle for my portfolio and I was Wondering if, I should cut the doors into the base mesh of the vehicle or do you think I should model them as a separate Mesh? Oh and here is a pic of it for reference.

Assuming you are doing a high poly bake, I would model it as a separate piece in the high poly.
