Ok I haven't used maya in like a billion years but the new ui caught my eye so I downloaded the trail. So to test it out I imported a model I am working on at the moment and tried to set up a view-port rendering. So is set up a basic phong material in hyper-shade with a diffuse/normal and the diffuse in the specual input. The only problem is that when I got to high quality render it only shows the normal map and a basic white material. But if I go to viewport 2.0 I see the whole set-up fine.
Now this would be fine except you can't do any editing work inside of the viewport 2.0 mode. So do you guys have any idea.
