Ive ben working on this from time to time when i feel a lil bit inspired. I made two variants from the first one i made, Right now Im trying to get the upper part done till i feel that its good enough, then i will go down, they dont have hands, but i was planing to create some mechanical medieval hands like the one used by Gatz in Berserk.



I dont have any concept art for this, soo they have ben coming out of what ive be sculpting.

Flow the bottom part of the bicep into the lower arm, it seems to stop too abruptly on your model. This will help the arm look like it's interconnected instead of being an upper arm and a lower arm:
