Gladiator Challenge - anthl

This may be coming late. I wanted to have a completed concept before starting but I caught myself getting lost in the process. I figure this is a decent enough start. I'm relatively new to ZBrush, but I'll be making an effort to keep up.
I chose the company Naughty Dog and went through a few anthropomorphic ideas but decided to maintain human features and try to express "naughty" and "dog" in other ways. How successful I am I guess is up to you guys. There are obviously a few open areas that I'm still poring over so if anyone has input to push it along I definitely appreciate it.
