I read about this film a while ago and was super stoked. Just because it's all my favorite action starts smashed into what will likely be a bit comedic (hopefully) film. I'm eagerly awaiting the one-liners

Congrats on the film, and didn't Stallone get seriously hurt during the filming?

haha i'm super stoked for this movie as well.. a few co workers and I were discussing the amazing casting and how no one movie will be able to house all the badassery. Secondly all that bad assery needs an insane villain.

Better be christopher walken. - thats all I'm sayin'.

This movie looks like it may very well be the apex of dumb fun. Congratulations on getting your name displayed in the part after all the explosions where people leave the theater*. I know I'll be going to see this one.

*ironic when you realize who is responsible for making said explosions look believable.

It was a really fun project. I can't wait to tell the stories about some of the changes we had to make by request of Sly.

And if I hadn't hit puberty before this movie, I would have after that's for sure. Lol.

Seriously, no talk of this movie after the opening yet? I figured every male on this board would've seen it by now.

Such a fun movie, totally an 80's action movie through and through, and that was a very good thing. Just one of those films that you go in, turn your brain off, and have a hell of a good time.

I want to see it, but was sort of waiting for some reviews from people who know how to take a movie like this. Most critics are taking it too serious, which I don't think this movie is suppose to be. I also wasn't sure if it's something I should take my teens to. They are use to violence/gore type of stuff, but I'd rather there not be sex scenes. I've read that their aren't though... and I'm short on cash

Just checked the weekend sales, and the movie is #1 with $34M for the weekend.

pretty awesome. I left my brain at the door and thoroughly enjoyed the carnage. only gripe was that it does what all action movies these days seem to want to do is film big sequences at night.

although it was shot well and easy to see unlike say predators (which wasnt tooo bad) some shootouts that dont occur at night would be nice.
