Here's the face so far, as you can see it looks old but isn't weathered, needs more wrinkles I think, trying to go for a middle aged, lean look :poly127:

No real concept, just googling stuff and then appending new meshes, seeing what looks good and what not

any suggestions for what an uzbekistani looter would look like? haha

Personally, I find it worthwhile to have the whole character present rather than the head (even if its just the main forms, as you will have a much easier time nailing proportions and the way clothing forms over parts of the body.
