Yeah I couldn't get through it either.
There are 15-20 other free videos on the site as well, and a lot more free slideshows.

yea he sounds like hes dying, the concepts look awesome but his speech is kinda disjointed and hard to folllow with the pacing.

I really wish they would provide all of the videos ala carte. There are some talks that I would really like to listen to and see but so far as I can tell the lowest cost of entry to the GDC Vault is the $5,000 company subscription.

I fell asleep in the audience during that talk. He was kinda funny at times, but it droned a bit.
All in all, I'd say I liked the presenter very much; he seemed like a very nice guy, and he had some interesting ideas.
