The gun looks great Pavel! I really do agree with P442 about the thickness of the grip though, it seems very thin. It took forever to find, but this pic should give you a better idea of the thickness for the grip. The 2 on the right are the P99 compact and P99. Hope this helps. http://www.jamesbondlifestyle.com/images/articles/080702-walther6.jpg
hey nice work! solid hi poly and nice bake...I think the texture could be improved but im sure with a lil more practice you'll get em looking great soon
yea this looks cool, grip looks way too thin proportionally like others have said. we have the pellet gun one kicking around the studio somewhere and its a pretty thick handle on it. texture is awesome. this is my favorite gun and you did it awesomely.
friggin Ay! Very nice! No neg crits here and I look forward to more for you work! I plan on buying a P22 soon similar to this gun only shooting rim fire rounds instead of the 9mm's.
Как уже сказали - рукоятка тонкая. Сдаётся мне, это из-за FOVа рендера. Всё остальное - шикарно, особенно, текстура! Сделай скриншот с затвором в крайнем заднем положении, пожалуйста. Или там нет геометрии?

I use 3d max for modelling and baking photoshop for texturing and Marmoset engine for showing result. ES_139 - thanks!
Holy smokes man, that is incredibly well done. You have absolutely captured that gun. Props for the machine marks on the slide!
My only critique is that the grip/magazine housing is a bit too narrow and rounded when viewed from behind. I believe you'll find the grip on that handgun (and most others) is a bit wider and slightly more *blocked.* The width is typically on par of that of the slide.
Frankly I'm picking. Excellent piece and prime portfolio material!!
Hi guys!

I think the balance of clean details and scratches is perfect. Not overscratched and overdirty like many weapons I see.
Great stuff, nice little project!
And... I hate to be that guy... but I think you misspelled "safety".

Did I say that right? :P
Chyeah! I always wanted to learn Russian, such a fascinating language, got diseased by Cptn. Ramius's accent (The Hunt for Red October )
The body on a P99 is plastic..
chaosquack - thanks!

[Edit] And I agree with the others comments on it being slightly too thin. Fix that up and your golden.
I agree about the grip seeming too thin, also I think the scratches on the slide could be toned down.
All around kickass work, I made this gun too and I think yours owns mine!

ES_139 - thanks!
i'd try to play more with the texture colors and contrast but it looks good the way it is too
I think you can play more with those scratches, and make them little darker on diffuse map.
Nice work. Color a little over saturated though, but that might be coming from the marmoset viewer
