There is proabably a very easy fix for this but I can't figure it out. I am rendering an image in max, nothing special. The problem is with the Alpha, When an object is rendered behind it I get a white outline, if there is no object behind the plane with the alpha, it renders just fine! I searched around and someone suggested enabling "process environment and background"... But I can't even find where that option is at!!?? I feel dumb... Thanks in advance for the help

Default Scanline
In the material with the alpha (assuming you are using a Standard Material), find the Blinn Basic Parameters section (near the top). Set the Ambient colour to black.
Render - does this fix it?
