Well, I am trying to select multiple faces and move/roate/scale according to each individual normal. I know that when extruding a face, the combined manipulator showed up and I can do exactly what I wanted above. But when I am out of the extrude mode, and simple select multiple faces, I can't get that combined manipulator to show up again. Max and Blender both can achieve this very simply. So I'm sure Maya should be able to do it, just that I'm too dumb to figure it out. Thanks in advance.

This is in 2008, I assume it will be the same or similar in other versions.
