pecs are kind of saggy like he's 70 yo or something. I'd tighten them up a little bit. otherwise looks good. his face and head are a bit plain. maybe some facial hair like fading sideburns or a neck tattoo would make him pop out a bit more.
I think he's got a bit of an Eastern European look about him.
The height of a character is usually indicated by the size of its head. 7 heads is around about average height. Your guy is quite a bit less than that. I wouldn't call him a midget, just a guy who is kinda short. That's not necessarily an issue - not everyone has to have idyllic proportions.
The proportions are generally not too bad, you just need to do a bit more work on defining the forms and smoothing out the lumpier areas particularly on the face.
Andy Wang is pretty short and undefined is you want to give it an athletic non-midget look Perhaps some pro-level bantam- and feather-weights would help giving you an average guy in great shape look? For a similar base to what you've got Google some shots of guys like Bowles, Bienavidez, Faber and even JZ Calvancante (for silhouette) for a muscular build at his general size and build. For his muscles/sculpting, I'd recommend Gray Maynard as well as the first three.
And this is personal preference but I think bringing his lower back in toward his abs would give him a slightly sleeker but still powerful profile.
This looks really good for your first male sculpt and I look forward to seeing where it goes!

-Somehow the propotions make me think "midget"
Chest seems too low, arms and legs too short and stubby
-Clavicles look weird
-Feet and hands could use some work
Also short and stubby adding to the midget factor
-His pose is awkward
A relaxed and natural pose always helps to sell a model
-He doesn´t look russian
-He has some nasty cuts in his upper abdomen
-Frontview tells me you´re going for a lean muscular character but the back looks more like that of a 80 year old ex-bodybuilder (skin seems saggy)
AS for CC, there seems to be something wrong above his stomach. Like a little fat flap.

For what it's worth, I think
