Hey everyone,

Things have been pretty crazy busy so far this year. I just started working at Liquid Development, so it's been a big adjustment, but I'm looking to make some time for personal projects, to start off my 2010 folio. I will keep a WIP update of all my projects in this thread so you guys can check it out.

I also just redesigned my portfolio website, check it out and tell me what you guys think.

I went for a simple, but ascetically pleasing look.

I'm working on something GTA inspired, and that will be my first project, updates to come soon :)

New Portfolio 2010 Website:

(Image links still don't work, I'm updating :) )

    Hi CJE,

Looks like a good start for the portfolio page. Two things stood out to me:

    1. I think characters would benefit more from vertical preview images where you can see the whole character rather than cropped horizontal images.

    2. From past experience it's best not to categorize your art by the year you made it in. Even though they might be of high quality, it eventually makes things seem "old" and not as good.

Best of luck keeping some time for yourself while your with Liquid, I had a really hard time doing that when I was doing work for them.

Site design is simple..which is good. It can be distracting when a website is too flashy..and its good to have your art right there, so people can see it as soon as they get to your site. I'm guessing you may already know this, but your images don't link to anything, and youll want to have them link to higher quality pictures. Probably something you already realize.

The guy on the bottom left looks like Kimbo Slice :)
