I think you need to spend a little more time, and include some of the diffuse detail into the normals - which by are extremely clean compared to the diffuse. You could add those paint chips and rust marks in there as subtle recessed areas, as well as adding the slight metal grain to the entire surface. Additionally, make a specular texture and make the chipped, rusted areas black on the specular to contrast the detail further.
With the amount of wear & tear, id expect the numbers on the side of it to be a little more worn down and grungier, as well as some dirt layer and scuffs/fading of the name plate on the top.
The saw bit sides seem a tad dark, could probably stand to lighten them up a little bit.
diffuse looks great, just need to take it to the next level by adding details and additional bump into your normals, and create a specular texture!
