WIP First Head attempt

Hey guys, this is my first attempt at making a head. I'm having a bit of difficulty defining the eye are and the grooves around the mouth. anway, here is my work so far hopefully you guys may know a solution for me.

The upper part of the cranium is too compressed from a front perspective. This is usually the first problem I notice in newer characters. The parietal bone in the back and the rest of the skull is surprisingly large and more rounded than you currently have it. Good start... keep working!

You should have a read here regarding Head Topology...you have many loops in there that don't really have a purpose and others are missing...also you have quite a few NGons in there...you want to avoid these.

Yeah it is, it's a pretty awesome reference, I got it from a tutorial on youtube.

I reckon take the 2d reference pictures you have already and find some decent character mesh wireframes that people so kindly post! Use these as inspiration...

Then... draw on your topology as a guide in like... 10 minutes

What i did... instead of asking the very basics all the time ... I found one of the many other noob question threads ... and just learned from those threads... = search option etc
