I love the Charr, especially ones with full armor.
First thing I noticed was the neck. It's not nearly thick enough (or maybe just too long) and doesn't flow into the back (huge humps in the reference).
Its REALLY blurry.
The image you have at top, while it has all the major landmarks defined, appears like you ran a gaussian blur filter over the image.
It looks a bit better in the turnaround, but the lack of definition is still apparent.
The reference appears much more tiger and other big cat like, though the head you've modeled is more dog like. The muzzle is pronounced, and the skull is fairly thin along is long axis (nose to neck)
As mathes mentioned the ref also suggests a very enlarged trapezius , some of which you have, but the skull should connect closer to the chest and be a bit wider.
