Hey guys,
I recently installed
Winpatrol and got rid of some programs in my startup list and now everytime i try to start up 3ds max 2009 i see the mouse loading a while but it doesn't do anything. If i check out the active processes it says 3dsmax is running.
So:
-is there a startup file necessary to run 3ds max?
-if yes > how do i get it back
-if no > any other ideas?
I hope someone can help me, i felt like working on MoP's goblin SDK some more
.

If that's not the case you might have to reinstall it =/
which sucks because i have 3ds clean installed, and lots of other plugins..
Does Winpatrol have an undo feature?
i can add a program to the startup list, but i have to fill out the path to the .exe, which i obviously don't know...
googling "winpatrol undo remove program" doesn't really seem to turn up anything.
damn.
thanks for the help though!
EDIT: oh wait! I might have found an undo thingie!
Got it working again,
it wasn't listed as a "startup program" but under "services", so i could just enable the auto run again and now everything is fine again .
Thanks for the help!
