Onee thing so far i have really liked about Berlin is all of the interesting places to go see. Just down the my street there is a hair salon/artsy bar, a Juda Priest themed bar with a 7 foor statue of Rob Halford in front,a video game themed bar as well , my favorite though is.....
A bar called Lebowski! Guess what is the theme?
On tuesdays If am am not mistaken they have white russians half off.
A shame the bartender doesnt speak a word of english,would have been nice to ask him if he could say "Wheres the money Lebowski?"

there was this great little pub down in islington I used to go to, kind of very home made look to it, nice couch and lots of books everywhere. real ales and stuff. closed now though EFDIT it was called orwells after george orwell obviously
most pubs in the uk are just chain pubs like wetherspoons
used to go here too in holloway
berlin seems cool, would love to go some day
