Hahaha, yes, very new.
The whole point of this game is for people to guess where the quote is from. Looking the quote up on Google/IMDB/YouTube/etc would be cheating and is against the rules.

Just make sure your quote is from a movie. TV shows, music, video games, books don't apply to the quote game.

yup, but you should tell us if its from a game or it's famous TV quote or from something other than a movie.

Also, if the quote goes 3 days or so without being guessed it's 'stale'. It's easy to stump people if you pick an obscure quote from an obscure source..the point it to make it hard, but still guessable. Post additional quotes, hints, and etc. as time goes on to keep people interested in guessing.

My apologies. I just re-read the rules and it doesn't actually state what does and what doesn't apply. But it does refer to films and only films.
Just saying.
