The texture looks pretty nice to me. But the rust, realisticly i find that when i think of a dumpster off the top of my head; it would be found coming from the rim/mouth of the dumpster rather than in the middle. Maybe a lighter blue around the rim with abit of rust in sharp clumps. You could possibly include some stickers.
The place where the dumpster is supposed to be lifted looks too thin on the outside, and get some light in your renders If you embed your images as you did in your first post it's much likelier that peoples actually watch them.
@GCMP - those strips are actually indents on the model
Ok I know what they are supposed to be but as they are pure black they look like solid black stripes. They need a light side and a dark side with a gradient inbetween.

Can't really comment on the textures as your renders are very dark, get some light on it.
