Problem with normals

Here is my low poly with the normal map on. For some reason the normals seems to be flipped on a part of the gun(The darker area). Does anyone know what causes this and how i can fix it?
On the other side that pieces is fine but the top one isn't..

Quick guess, did you offset the mirrored UV chunks? or are they on top of each other?

Hmm.. could we see the actual normal map and UVs? What did you use to bake? Max, xNormal?
