Hello!
I'm having some problems in compressing png with alphas.
I use PVRtextool with 4BPP mode (i know that if i use rgb it works better but doesn't compress too well), and it gives this odd white pixels around the alpha. It also doesn't happen in all images.
So you guys know some techniques in reducing the alpha errors in compression?
what tool you normally use?
maybe there are ways of better exporting the png file from photoshop?
Any help it's good!Thank you!

The problem appears mostly in small images (128, 256) and in pics that have a cartoon stroke like the one in the uploaded pic.
I'm thinking if i can export from photoshop better. I've triyed things like removing white mattes, black mattes but still looks jaggy.

(Guys I'm REALLY sorry having to use MegaUpload and ImageShack, damn FTP is down again, will be for at least 24 hours
It sounds like the OP actually needs to make PVR files, not PNG.
